Description:

Lenox Executive Search is seeking a professional Technical Analyst II to fill a contractual position with a global, research and development-driven pharmaceutical company committed to bringing better health. This branch of the company is located in Bannockburn, IL.  Primary responsibility will include development and support of architecture components of Windows and Android systems running medical device software in plasma collection facilities.

What you will do:
•       Administer machine accounts, user accounts, and group membership in Active Directory.  Query, report, and modify objects as required to support a dynamic environment.
•       Support and maintain Windows Servers, and plan and execute server decommission and disposal.
•       Support, maintain, and develop Windows 10 custom image, with image deployment both on premises and at vendor location.
•       Support/manage monthly Windows Update testing, validation, and deployment.
•       Support/manage Windows and Android software deployment as needed to support a dynamic environment.
•       Support/manage Android mobile devices via MDM software, including device configuration, software deployment, security and OS updates and maintenance.
•       Support/manage/utilize VMWare environment supporting DEV/VAL.
•       Participate on projects that are focused on but not limited to infrastructure expansion and technology changes.
•       Assist project teams with technical issues in the implementation and use of technology.
•       Assist with the support and maintenance of web-based applications hosted at AWS.
•       Comply with internal data integrity & business ethics requirements.
•       Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to comany quality standards and SOP’s.
•       Provide technical expertise and assist in systems design, validation, and implementation.
•       Be willing to obtain additional skills/training to support expanding business requirements.

What we are looking for:
•       2-4 years of experience in Windows support.
•       Knowledge and experience on Windows 10 image deployment and maintenance.
•       Active Directory OU Admin experience or greater.  Ability to admin AD environment via command line/Powershell preferred.
•       Experience with Service management tool – ex – Service Now
•       Experience with remote management and support of Android mobile devices.  Experience with Soti MobiControl or Airwatch a plus.
•       Experience using Powershell for Windows support and maintenance.
•       Network and application monitoring using applications like Solarwinds and Aternity.
•       Experience with web app and browser security, including Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox.
•       Must be able to travel 10%.
•       Flexible work schedule required.  Some evening/weekend work is required to support systems maintenance and application deployment.
•       Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries or other regulated environments.
•       Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
•       Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English required.
