12+ month extendable CONTRACT remote role. Must have WorkDay or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to fill an 12+ month contractual role, with potential to extend, with a global pharmaceutical company . Must be fluent with MS Office Suite of platforms, including Excel and PowerPoint.

REQUIREMENTS for the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 1+ years relevant experience as a recruiting coordinator
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word (MS Office Suite)
  • MS Forms, SharePoint and PowerAutomate is a plus
  • WorkDay or similar ATS experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Critical thinking and ability to proactively identify challenges; raise solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Engagement in patient centric organization

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Interest in process improvement
  • Ability to learn automation and applications/technology tools quickly
  • Creative and analytical at the same time
  • Interest in doing everything from administrative support to strategic tasks such as using platforms to capture data and build out labor market analys
  • Familiarity with WorkDay, is preferred
  • Familiarity with HiredScore, HireVue and Paradox a plus.
  • Fluency with MS Office Suite of platforms (Excel, PPT).
  • Ability to provide a customer service mindset to our internal customers and care for the candidate experience
  • Not afraid to lead initiatives, make suggestions, recognize opportunity and independently manage time and complete tasks accurately and timely
  • A care for our business and that the work we do makes a difference in patient lives.
  • Attention to detail and getting it right the first time.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 8 hour shift
