12+ month Hybrid Contract role. REQRUIED – 5+ years of administrative experience supporting one or more individuals. . Pay rate $35/hour.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to fill an 12+ month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in Cambridge, MA. 2+ years experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or healthcare preferred, as this role will provide Administrative support for the Patient Access team.

REQUIREMENTS for the Administrative Coordinator:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting one or more individuals.
  • 2+ years experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or healthcare preferred.
  • Minimum Associate Degree required

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Coordinate meetings including, team meetings (schedule meetings, develop agenda and minutes)
  • Calendar management
  • Expense report
  • Domestic and international travel arrangement
  • Event planning
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Order and inventory office supplies
  • Archiving, manage related SharePoint sites
  • Support contracting, invoices, and Purchase Orders process
  • Patient access mailbox management and other team activities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Associate (Required)

Experience:

  • Calendar management: 3 years (Required)
