12+ month Hybrid Contract role. REQRUIED – 5+ years of administrative experience supporting one or more individuals. . Pay rate $35/hour.
Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to fill an 12+ month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in Cambridge, MA. 2+ years experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or healthcare preferred, as this role will provide Administrative support for the Patient Access team.
REQUIREMENTS for the Administrative Coordinator:
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting one or more individuals.
- 2+ years experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or healthcare preferred.
- Minimum Associate Degree required
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Administrative Coordinator:
- Coordinate meetings including, team meetings (schedule meetings, develop agenda and minutes)
- Calendar management
- Expense report
- Domestic and international travel arrangement
- Event planning
- Onboarding new employees
- Order and inventory office supplies
- Archiving, manage related SharePoint sites
- Support contracting, invoices, and Purchase Orders process
- Patient access mailbox management and other team activities
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
