Contract role through 2023. Hybrid – Primarily remote but will require some onsite work in Bridgewater, NJ once every few weeks. Must have 3+ years of Brand Marketing experience and either OTC (Over the Counter) or FMCG (Fast-moving Consumer Goods) experience.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to fill an 9+ month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company. Must have strong Analytics experience.

REQUIREMENTS for the Brand Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Post-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytics is needed.
  • Forecasting, P&L experience
  • Role will focus on Oversee day-to-day general management of the brand including P&L management, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • 3+ years of Brand Marketing experience, especially in OTC or FMCG.
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical strategic thinking is very important for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Brand Manager:

  • Operating in IRI (Nielson experience also good) doing reporting and analytics
  • Provide strategic leadership for this OTC brand, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices based on deep consumer insight and data analysis to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability
  • Oversee day-to-day general management of the brand including P&L management, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Provide in-depth analytical reporting on business performance / health of business to identify drivers and opportunities.
  • Execute integrated consumer campaigns including both broad reach and precision marketing based on consumer journey and marketing mix analysis that connect with right consumer, at right moment, through the right channel, with the right message
  • Effectively partner with agencies, sales, and other cross-functional partners through frequent communication and collaboration.
  • Work with Pipeline Strategy Lead to ensure alignment of innovation roadmap with the brand strategy; act as marketing lead on cross-functional team to execute business protection projects.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
