Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Project Management Lead for HR Technology Projects, to fill a 6+ month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company.  This is a Remote role based in Lexington, MA.

•       Reporting to Associate Director, TA Technology, act as Project Lead to manage project, facilitate interaction with vendor implementation manager, and share status with internal project steering committee
•       Project management duties include but are not limited to, meeting scheduling and planning, budget updates, project plan creation, content creation, develop project status updates, and more
•       Work across cross-functional teams, including People Insights and Analytics, HR Information Technology, Business Units, Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, and IT to facilitate system integrations, identify and mitigate roadblocks, and provide awareness of project schedule

•       Develops, or enhances, subject matter expertise in vendor software solution, vendor implementation approach, and vendor support model in order to make informed recommendations and highlight critical decisions during the implementation
•       Identifies, researches, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues to ensure minimal disruption
•       Monitors and communicates project status, issues, outcomes, and milestones to PIA and/or project teams
•       Maintains project notes, budget updates, databases, and other records
•       Supports team in researching, planning and executing training activities for technology rollouts
•       Helps identify and curate content for team’s newsletter  and website
The above accountabilities will be applied to an implementation of an artificial intelligence based Scheduling technology (Recruiting focused) with initial functionality deployed to support interview scheduling

•       3-5+ years’ prior work experience in project lead or project manager role, preferably within large global organizations (10K+ employees)
•       Preference for prior experience in one or more of the following HR domains: Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Learning
•       Knowledge and/or experience with HR management technology, including HRIS, ATS, LMS and others
•       Knowledge and/or experience with project management/service technology, including Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet or others
•       Self-starter; ability to seek out information and respond to internal clients with an appropriate level of urgency and, where applicable, ask for help or clarification as needed
•       Experience using appropriate tools for required work, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint to track, document and report data
•       Experience collecting reviewing, entering, and formatting accurate data into spreadsheets, databases, and other digital tools
•       Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on numerous tasks and assignments.
•       Ability to prioritize and effectively communicate if priorities conflict
•       High degree of professionalism, customer service and relationship-building abilities
•       Respectful of confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities, will handle confidential and sensitive data
