• Must-Have Experience with: writing deviations (manufacturing or microbiology), EM monitoring

Preferred Experience: aseptic gowning, micro lab or chem lab experience

• Work Experience: 2 years minimum (industry)
• Similar Job Titles: Production Engineers, Quality Control Operators/Specialists
• Other: may require OT, and some weekend work

· Full time but needs to be willing to work OT and weekends when necessary.

· Needed due to ramp up. Associates degree or higher, 1-2 years experience in microbiology and/or EM monitoring.

· Job requires standing/walking around and desk work as needed.

· Will be gown certified as part of the job requirement.

· No heavy lifting.

· MUST be able to write deviations without assistance.

· MUST have strong computer skills.

· Will work with a team but will also need to be able to work independently.

Description:

– Perform daily Viable and Non-viable Environmental monitoring in production facility.
– Assist with manufacturing operations during periods of inactivity.

– Performs product sampling, environmental monitoring, or other related activities as directed.
– Maintains batch record documentation and logs as required by management
– Performs cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and classified production space.
– Maintain supply required for Environmental monitoring.
– Prepares plates daily required for Environmental monitoring.
– Maintains all associated documentation for Environmental monitoring and operations being performed.
– Investigate and write EM deviations§ Flexibility to work 8+ hours and weekend when needed
– Daily hours Tue-Sat (2nd Shift 2:00PM to 10:30PM)
