6-Month onsite CONTRACT role in Providence, RI. MUST HAVE experience with catering/food orders in a corporate business meeting setting.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Site Services Coordinator to fill an 6+ month contractual role, with potential to extend, with a global pharmaceutical company in Providence, RI.

Requirements for the Site Services Coordinator:

  • 1+ year experience with assisting/coordinating with food/drink setup in a Corporate Business setting (business meeting or events)
  • EXCELLENT Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous General Admin skills with regard to maintaining a budge spreadsheet and document management
  • An energetic, positive “Can Do” attitude

Responsibilities of the Site Services Coordinator:

Catering

  • Receive Breakfast Deliveries from vendors & daily breakfast set up
  • Clean up lunchroom and kitchenettes (morning & afternoon)
  • Ensure coffee machines are maintained and functional
  • Manage inventory of snack, drink and kitchen supplies
  • Stock snack, drink and kitchen supplies in break areas in support of 2 shifts
  • Assist with catered lunch/site lunch set up & catered meeting requests
  • Set up for site “Beer” hours
  • Assist with special events as requested

Copier/Mailroom

  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Check, troubleshoot, and stock copiers and printers with paper
  • Inventory and reorder office supplies in the mailroom
  • Add new hire name tags to office/cubicle

General Admin

  • Maintain receipts (scan and upload to appropriate files)
  • Maintain budget spreadsheet to accurately reflect monthly spend for site services
  • Assist with other document management as needed
  • Act as site liaison for Space Planning

  • We have convened a team of senior leaders who meet daily to discuss the situation and stand ready to take additional steps, if necessary.
  • We have measures in place to ensure our operations can effectively continue so that we can provide our clients uninterrupted service.  Lenox Executive Search already had robust and detailed business continuity plans in place.
