CONTRACT role with potential to extend to 2 years. Role will being remotely and will transition to a partial onsite role (1-2 days per week) in Swiftwater, PA. in the future.
Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Returns Specialist to fill a potential 24-month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in Swiftwater, PA. Must have 2+ years of Customer Service with Returns Management experience.
REQUIREMENTS for the Returns Specialist:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in Customer Service with Returns Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent working experience.
- Returns management, reverse logistics background required.
- Strong Customer Service experience.
- Maneuverability, as they might go from responsibility to responsibility.
- Processing returns experience. Ensure Credit and Rricing is correct.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Must have Excel experience.
- Some Pharma industry experience a plus
- Work hours – M-F, 9-5 EST
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Returns Specialist:
- Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of reverse logistics projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or work-flows .
- Handles day to day activities surrounding reverse logistics, dedicated mainly to managing returns and adjustments.
- Provides premium service and support to customers, as defined by individual or unique customer needs.
- Responsible for complying with all applicable SOX and internal controls, and maintaining all relevant department KPIs.
- Responsible for delivering on service levels for adjustments and returns and delivering the highest level of service to customers.
- The majority of returns and adjustments are processed manually, while approvals from management are also done via excel and email.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
