12+ month 100% REMOTE role with ability to Convert to Permanent for the right candidate. 5 to 7 years experience in supply chain planning SYSTEMS, with some of that in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will remain remote if the candidate converts to a permanent employee.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Systems Manager to fill a Temp-to-Perm contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company. Must have experience in OPM inventory, Production Development, Quality and Financials.

REQUIREMENTS for the Senior Supply Chain Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • 5 to 7 years of work experience in supply chain SYSTEMS planning, with some of that in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Requires experience in OPM (Oracle Process Manufacturing) Inventory, Production Development, Quality and Financials.
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning Systems
  • Experience operating within a GxP environment
  • Experience with Supply and Demand pegging analysis
  • Conceptual understanding of material flows in a virtual MFG environment
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Displays ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain difficult information and build consensus
  • Ability to assist in the execution of projects of diverse scope and complexity
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning principles
  • Hands-on experience with an MRP application, preferably with Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably in a process manufacturing environment
  • Displays ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organization skills

The Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager is responsible for the maintenance of day-to-day data in Oracle and other business critical systems. As a teaching role, the Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager will conduct new hire training along with upgrade training. Working cross-functionally with various internal teams, the Supply Chain Systems Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing patches and enhancements to systems while ensuring systems are GxP compliant.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sr. Supply Chain Manager:

  • Supports the commercial supply chain planning team through maintaining Systems such as Oracle, Rapid Response or similar and reporting tools
  • Partners with the Data, Technology and Engineering organization on new system implementation and system enhancements
  • Assists with report generation and system improvements
  • Contributes to ensuring Supply Chain systems and processes remain GxP compliant as appropriate
  • Sets up and maintains master data such as Resources, Routings, Sourcing rules, Item Master, Formulas and Recipes
  • Sets up and maintains data and resources within Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Provides training and documentation on systems
  • Assists with test script development and execution to support enhancement and regression testing requirements
  • Proactively offer solution ideas and potential business process enhancements to drive efficiencies and improvements
  • Document business processes related to systems functions and procedures
  • Coordinate and conduct regression testing for OPM upgrades and security patches
  • Troubleshoot data corruption issues when users encounter and resolve them
  • Act as single point of contact for OPM users outside of SCP (Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality)
  • Design testing and set up test data for OPM Financial updates and business expansions such as new orgs and or product line introductions.
