About this Role:

With exciting transformation and growth underway, the company is building a talent sourcing capability focused on Cell & Genetic Therapies & Research, Pharmaceutical, and Preclinical Sciences. (RPPS). The Senior Talent Sourcing Lead is a key member of the TA and team and reports into the Sourcing Leader. This person will rapidly build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:

· Build talent pipelines through referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other creative channels

· Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies

· Understand and map the talent landscape, internal calibration, referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

· Leverage talent intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive landscape

· Attend professional conferences and events; implement conference strategy including event planning, pre-conference candidate outreach and post-conference follow-up

Preferred Experiential Background:

· 3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience

· Bachelor’s degree required

· An understanding of how to utilize new sources of candidates

· An understanding of the biotech industry specifically in research or data technology; with insights into the recruiting landscape, challenges, and opportunities

· A proven track record of developing and maintaining multiple sourcing and recruiting strategies resulting in the engagement of passive candidates

· A growth mindset and proven ability to think of creative solutions

· Strong relationship-building and partnership skills

· Experience setting and managing realistic expectations with stakeholders including recruiters, human resources and hiring managers

· Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and ways of working
